The Dip Ingredients
1.5poundsDeli Meatsalami, pepperoni, turkey
1/2poundcheese slicesAmerican, provolone, or Swiss
1/2-1cupyour favorite sandwich toppingspepperoncinis, red onion, pickles, etc.

1bagkettle chips
Instructions
Mix all sauce ingredients, required and any optional ones you are using.
Chop meats, cheese, and toppings into small pieces.
Combine the sauce and sandwich toppings together in a large bowl. Add lettuce/tomatoes just before serving if using.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with sliced french bread and chips. Also, serve with extra Wickles if using.

The best part about this recipe is you can really tailor it to your liking based on your favorite sandwich. Sharing the exact things we used but feel free to make it your own or make based on what is available.
I find Wickles at Walmart but you can also substitute with any chopped pickle pepper mix.
For deli meat, we did 1 pkg. Columbus dry aged salami, 1 pkg. Boars Head pepperoni, and 1 pkg. Kretchmar honey roasted turkey.
For cheese, we did 1 pkg. Boars Head American cheese.
For sandwich toppings, we did 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncinis/banana peppers, 1/4 cup chopped red onion (soaked in water before adding). I also like to add in pickles, olives, bell peppers, and tomatoes but add what ever you put on your favorite subs.
