Strawberry Lemon White Balsamic Vinaigrette
This Strawberry Lemon White Balsamic Vinaigrette is better than store bought dressing, is easy to make, and is also light and refreshing! It also happens to be gluten and dairy-free for those sensitive stomachs! It pairs perfect with any summery salad, especially with my Strawberry Jicama Chicken Salad.

To make the dressing, you will blend fresh strawberries with White Balsamic Lemon Vinegar, honey, salt, and olive oil until incorporated. It’s as easy as that! For the White Balsamic Lemon Vinegar, I used the brand Baker and Olive which is linked here and is delicious! But my other go-to brand of specialty flavored vinegars is Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Company which is local to me or ROBERTS which you can order on Amazon. There are tons of flavors for the vinegar including a plain strawberry vinegar which I think would be great to use on its own with a splash of oil if you are in hurry (or on a lower carb day) instead of making this dressing! While that alternative may be lower calories, you can’t beat having the nutrients and flavor from the fresh strawberries!

When I make the dressing, I store in a container for 3-5 days to quickly throw on salads. We collaborated on this recipe with a local photographer kwatkinsphotog.

Strawberry Lemon White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Strawberries
- 1/4 cup White Balsamic Lemon Vinegar see notes below for alternatives)
- 1 tsp Honey can also use maple syrup or agave
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, lemon vinegar, honey, and salt until smooth using the blender (can also use an emulsion blender).
- Slowly add in olive oil while blending until incorporated into the dressing.
- Serve over your favorite salad!
Notes
- If you are unable to obtain lemon white balsamic vinegar, feel free to substitute with a white wine vinegar mixed with fresh lemon juice and a little extra honey. However, in my opinion, an investment in flavored vinegars is worth it!
- This dressing tastes best after it’s been refrigerated for at least 30 minutes. If time allows, I recommend letting the flavors marinate together before serving.
- May want to double the recipe if serving a crowd or to have leftovers during the week!
