Strawberry Lemon White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup White Balsamic Lemon Vinegar see notes below for alternatives)
  • 1 tsp Honey can also use maple syrup or agave
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 cup Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend strawberries, lemon vinegar, honey, and salt until smooth using the blender (can also use an emulsion blender).
  • Slowly add in olive oil while blending until incorporated into the dressing.
  • Serve over your favorite salad!

Notes

  • If you are unable to obtain lemon white balsamic vinegar, feel free to substitute with a white wine vinegar mixed with fresh lemon juice and a little extra honey. However, in my opinion, an investment in flavored vinegars is worth it!
  • This dressing tastes best after it’s been refrigerated for at least 30 minutes. If time allows, I recommend letting the flavors marinate together before serving.
  • May want to double the recipe if serving a crowd or to have leftovers during the week!
