to garnish cup rim

to garnish cup rim (mix 1:4 parts cinnamon to sugar)

Instructions
Combine punch ingredients and mulling spices into a slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2½–6 hours.
If desired, rim glass using honey and cinnamon sugar. Serve cider warm, with optional whiskey added to taste.
